AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation in the sum of
Thirty-three Thousand Three Hundred Fifteen Dollars ($33,315.00)
out of the unappropriated surplus of the Real Property Purchase
Fund to Real Property Purchases, East Maintenance (Account No. 7-
1062) for the purchase and renovation of improved realty in the
City of St. Louis known as 4835 Easton Avenue.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There is hereby appropriated and set apart
out of the unappropriated surplus of the Real Property Purchase
Fund the sum of Thirty-three Thousand Three Hundred Fifteen
Dollars ($33,315.00) to Real Property Purchases, East Maintenance
(Account No. 7-1062) for the purchase and renovation of improved
realty in the City of St. Louis known as 4835 Easton Avenue, to
meet the following requirements: Purchase Price $31,500.00 Estimated Closing Cost 315.00 Estimated Renovation Cost 1,500.00 Total Appropriated $33,315.00

Section Two. Upon a determination by the Executive
Director that part of the appropriation made by Section One
remains unexpended and unencumbered after accomplishment of the
stated purposes, such part shall revert and shall be transferred
at once to the unappropriated surplus of the Real Property
Purchase Fund.
Section Three. This being an appropriation ordinance,
it shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The following Ordinance was adopted July 22, 1959.
