AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 79 (Lynnbrook) of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 79 (Lynnbrook).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 79
(Lynnbrook) shall be as follows:

LYNNBROOK SUBDISTRICT
Beginning at the point of intersection of the
centerlines of U. S. Highway Route 40 and Lindbergh Boulevard;
thence westwardly along said centerline of U. S. Highway Route 40
to its intersection with the northwardly prolongation of the east
line of Wright School property as recorded in Deed Book 1339 on
Page 503 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along
said prolongation to the northeast corner of said Wright School
property thence westwardly along the north line of said Wright
School property to the northwest corner of said property; thence
southwardly along the west line of said Wright School property to
its intersection with the north line of property now or formerly
of Clemens R. Ma|se, as recorded in Deed Book 3852 on Page 510 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along said north
line and continuing along the north line of property now or
formerly of John F. Gallagher, as recorded in Deed Book 2923 on
Page 84 of the St. Louis County Records, and the westward
prolongation of said line to its intersection with the centerline
of Spoede Road; thence southwardly along the centerline of said
road to its Intersection with the centerline of Clayton Road
thence westwardly along the centerline of Clayton Road to its
intersection with the northwardly prolongation of the east line of
Lot Thirteen of Georgian Acres Subdivision, as recorded in Plat
Book 33 on Page 4 of the St. Louis County Records; thence

southwardly along said prolongation of said east line and said
east line of Lot Thirteen to its intersection with the south line
of said property, thence westwardly along said line to its
intersection with the east line of lot Fifteen of said Subdivi-
sion; thence southwardly along said east line to its Intersection
with the south line of Lot Fifteen of said Subdivision; thence
westwardly along said line of said lot and the westward
prolongation of said line to its intersection with the centerline
of Geyer Road; thence southwardly along the centerline of said
Road to its Intersection with the eastward prolongation of the
south line of property now or formerly of Charles A. Fitzgerald,
as recorded in Deed Book 1358 on Page 97 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence westwardly along said prolongation of said south
line and said south line of said property and the westward
prolongation of said property to its intersection with the east
line of Cricklewood Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 63 on
Page 25 of the St. Louis County Records, thence northwardly along
said east line to its intersection with the south line of Lot
Eight of said Subdivision thence westwardly along said line of
said lot to the southwest corner of said lot; thence in a straight
line to the southeast corner of lot Seven of said Cricklewood
Subdivision; thence westwardly along the south line of lot Seven
to its intersection with the east line of Block One of Clayton
Country Club thence northwardly along said cast line of Clayton
Country Club to the northeast corner of Lot Six of said Block One;

thence westwardly along said north line of Lot Six and said line
extended westwardly to its intersection with the centerline of
Bridle Lane; thence northwardly along said centerline to its
intersection with the north line of Lot Six, Block Two of said
Clayton Country Club produced eastwardly; thence westwardly along
said north line produced and said north line of Lot Six to its
intersection with the west line of Clayton Country Club thence
northwardly along said west line of Clayton Country Club and the
northward prolongation of said line to the centerline of Clayton
Road; thence eastwardly along said centerline to its intersection
with the west line of Lot Seven of Terrace Garden Subdivision, as
recorded in Plat Book 45 on Page 15 of the St. Louis County
Records, produced southwardly; thence northwardly along said west
line produced and said west line of Lot Seven and continuing
northwardly along the west line of Terrace Gardens Subdivision
Plat Two, as recorded in Plat Book 50 on Page 10 of the St. Louis
County Records, and along the northward prolongation of said west
line to its intersection with the centerline of U. S. Highway
Route 40; thence eastwardly along said centerline a distance of
205 feet to a point; thence northwardly along a line parallel to
the west line of property now or formerly of Albert A. Linkogel,
as recorded in Deed Book 2238 on Page 362 of the St. Louis County
Records, to a point 100 feet north of the north line of U. S.
Highway Route 40, 200 feet wide thence northeastwardly along a
straight line to its intersection with the east line of said

Linkogel property, said point being 200 feet north of the north
line of U. S. Highway Route 40, measured along the east line of
said property, thence northeastwardly along a straight line to its
intersection with the west line of Highfield Acres Subdivision, as
recorded in Plat Book 58 on Page 18 of the St. Louis County
Records, said intersection being 300 feet north of the north line
of U. S. Highway Route 40, measured along the west line of High-
field Acres Subdivision; thence northwardly along said west line
to its intersection with the north line of Lot Three of said
Subdivision, thence southeastwardly along the said north line of
said lot to the northeast corner of Lot Three, which is also the
northwest corner of Lot Four, thence southeastwardly along the
north line of Lot Four of said Subdivision to its intersection
with the east line of Highfield Acres Subdivision, thence
northwardly along said east line to its intersection with the
south line of property now or formerly of Russell Smith, as
recorded in Deed Book 2953 on page 351 of the St. Louis County
Records, thence eastwardly along said south line to its
intersection with the west line of property now or formerly of
Justin Vouga, as recorded in Deed Book 643 on Page 315 of the St.
Louis County Records, thence northwardly along said west line to a
point 500 feet south of the south line of Conway Road and measured
along said west line; thence northeastwardly along a straight line
to the southeast corner of property now or formerly of John S.
Feler, as recorded in Deed Book 2768 on Page 389 of the St. Louis

County Records; said point being 290 feet more or less south of
the south line of Conway Road; thence eastwardly along the south
line of said property to its intersection with the east line of
aforementioned Vouga property; thence southwardly along said east
line to its intersection with the south line of property now or
formerly of Charlton Rogers, Jr., as recorded in Deed Book 3691 on
Page 455 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along
said south line to its intersection with the west line of
Frontenac Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 28 on Page 3 of
the St. Louis County Records, thence northwardly along said west
line of said subdivision to its intersection with the south line
of property now or formerly of Charles R. Flachmann, as recorded
in Deed Book 3096 on Page 463 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence eastwardly along said south line to its intersection with
the east line of said property, which is also the centerline of
Charlemagne Drive; thence northwardly along said centerline and
said centerline produced to its intersection with the centerline
of Conway Road; thence eastwardly along the centerline of Conway
Road to its intersection with the centerline of Lindbergh
Boulevard; thence southwardly along said centerline to the point
of beginning
