O R D I N A N C E NO. 309
AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 83 (Grampian
Road) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 83 (Grampian Road).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 83
(Grampian Road) shall be as follows:

Grampian Road Subdistrict
Beginning at the southwestern corner of Lot 22 of Block No. 12 of
Unit No. 5 of the Glasgow Village Subdivision as recorded in Plat
Book 54 on Page 14 of the St. Louis County Records and proceeding
northwardly along the western line of said Lot No. 22 to a point
in this said western line of the said Lot 22 forty-five feet (45')
southerly from the southern right-of-way line of Tay Road; thence
proceeding westwardly along a line parallel to and forty-five feet
southerly from the southern right-of-way line of Tay Road to a
point in the north-south centerline of Lot No. 24 of said Block
No. 12; thence proceeding northwardly along said north-south
centerline of said Lot No. 24 to a point in the southern right-of-
way line of Tay Road; thence proceeding northwardly to the
southeastern corner of Lot No. 12 of Block No. 13 of said Unit No.
5; thence north-westwardly along the eastern line of said Lot No.
12 to the southeastern corner of Lot No. 6 of said Block No. 13;
thence northeastwardly along the eastern line of said Lot No. 6 to
a point in said eastern line of the said Lot No. 6 fifty-five feet
(55') southerly from the southern right-of-way line of Midlothian
Road; thence westwardly along a line parallel to and fifty-five
feet (55') southerly from the southern right -of-way line of
Midlothian Road to its intersection with a line midway between the
eastern and western lines of Lot 5 of said Block 13; thence
northwardly along said line to a point in the southern right-of-

the southernmost line of Lot No. 3 of Block 14 of said Unit No. 5;
thence northwardly along the midline of said Lot No. 3 to a point
forty-five feet (45') northwardly from the northern right=of-way
line of Midlothian Road; thence proceeding westwardly along a line
parallel to and forty-five feet (45') northwardly from the
northern right-of-way line of Midlothian Road to a point forty-
five feet (45') eastwardly from the eastern right-of-way line of
Balmoral Drive; thence northwardly along a line parallel to and
forty-five feet (45') eastwardly from the eastern right-of-way
line of Balmoral Drive to a point in the southern line of Lot No.
17 of Block No. 14 of Unit No. 8 of Glasgow Village Subdivision as
recorded in Plat Book 58 on Pages 48 and 49 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence eastwardly along the southern line of said
Lot No. 17 to the southeastern corner of said Lot No. 17; thence
proceeding northwardly along the eastern line of said Lot No. 17
to a point forty-five feet (45') southerly from the southern
right-of-way line of Shepley Drive; thence proceeding
southeastwardly along a line parallel to and fortyfive feet (45')
southerly from the southern right-of-way line of Shepley Drive to
a point in the eastern line of Lot No. 20 of said Block No. 14 ;
thence proceeding northeastwardly along the eastern line of said
Lot No. 20 and the extension thereto to a point in the centerline

northeastwardly along a line on a bearing of N 57o 49' E for a
distance of one hundred and sixty-five feet (165') to a point;
thence proceeding northeastwardly along a line on a bearing of N
75o 08' E for a distance of fifty-six feet (56') to a point;
thence proceeding northeastwardly along a line on a bearing of N
81o 30' E for a distance of two hundred and ninety-nine and six-
tenths feet (299.6') more or less to a point in the western line

Village Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 62 on Pages 22 and 23
of the St. Louis County Records, said point being fifty-six and

northwestern corner of said Lot No. 22; thence northeastwardly to
a point in the northern line of said Lot No. 22 forty-five feet
(45') westwardly from the right-of-way line of Glen Garry Road;
thence proceeding southwardly and southeastwardly along a line
parallel to and fortyfive feet (45') distant from the right-of-way
