AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict situated
partly in the City of St. Louis and partly in St. Louis County,
Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 15 (Waddell-Carondelet)
of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 15 (Waddell-Carondelet).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 15
(Waddell-Carondelet) shall be as follows:

WADDELL-CARONDELET
Beginning at the point of intersection of the eastern line of
Carondelet Boulevard, irregular in width, and the eastward
prolongation of the centerline of Weber Road Cut-Off, sixty feet
(60') wide; thence in a westerly direction along the said
prolongation of the centerline of Weber Road Cut-Off and the said
centerline to its point of intersection with the St. Louis City
limits line of 1876 in Weber Road; Thence in a northwesterly
direction along the said City Limits line to the prolongation of
the northwest line of Deering Avenue sixty feet (60') wide; thence
in a southwestwardly direction along the prolongation of the
northwest line of Deering Avenue and along the northwest line of
Deering Avenue to its intersection with a line parallel to and one
hundred twenty-five feet (125') southwest of the southwest line of
said Weber Road; thence northwestwardly along said parallel line
to the southeast line of Bridge Avenue, sixty feet (60') wide;
thence northeastwardly along the southeast line of Bridge Avenue,
sixty feet (60') wide to the centerline of Weber Road, forty feet
(40') wide; thence along the centerline of Weber Road, forty feet
(40') wide, to its intersection with a line parallel to and three
hundred and sixty-five feet (365') southeast of the southeast line
of Waddell Avenue, fifty feet (50') wide; thence in a
northeastwardly direction along said line, which is parallel to

and three hundred and sixty-five feet (365') southeast of the
southeast line of Waddell Avenue, fifty feet (50') wide to its
intersection with a line one hundred and fifty feet (150')
northeast of and parallel to the northeast line of an unnamed Road
thirty and forty-six hundredths feet (30.46') wide; thence in a
southeasterly direction along the said parallel line to the point
of its intersection with the east line of Block One of Waddell's
Addition as recorded in Plat Book 9 on Page 145 of the City of St.
Louis Recorder's
Office; thence in a northeasterly direction along the said east
line of Block One, a distance of one hundred eighty-one and six
one-hundredths feet (181.06'), more or less, to the point of its
intersection with the former block line between City Block 3289
and that part of the former City Block 3172 now a part of City
Block 3289, and which is also the prolongation northwestwardly of
the
southwestern line of Carondelet Boulevard; thence in a
southeasterly direction along the said prolongation for a distance
of thirty-three and sixty-one-hundredths feet (33.60'), more or
less, to the point of its intersection with the western line of
Carondelet Boulevard; thence in a northerly direction along the
said western line of Carondelet Boulevard to the point of its
intersection with the southwestern line of Poepping Street, fifty
feet (50') wide; thence in a southeasterly direction along the
prolongation of the said southwestern line of Poepping Street to

the point of its intersection with the eastern line of Carondelet
Boulevard; and thence in a southerly direction along the said
eastern line of Carondelet Boulevard to the point of beginning;
