O R D I N A N C E NO. 311 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict situated partly in the City of St. Louis and partly in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 16 (Waddell-Weber) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 16 (Waddell-Weber). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 16 (Waddell-Weber) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 Ord. No. 311 WADDELL - WEBER SUBDISTRICT Beginning at the point of intersection of the centerline of Weber Road, which is also the St. Louis City Limits line of 1876, with the southwestward prolongation of the northwest line of property now or formerly of Duenke Construction Company, as recorded in Book 7597 on Page 552 of the St. Louis City Recorder's Office; thence northeastwardly along said prolongation and along said line to its intersection with a line parallel to and one hundred twenty-five feet (125') northeast of the northeast line of said Weber Road; thence southeastwardly along said parallel line to its intersection with the centerline of Waddell Avenue, fifty feet (50') wide; thence in a northeasterly direction along the centerline of Waddell Avenue to its intersection with the southeastward prolongation of the southwest line of Didier Road, fifteen feet and seven and five-eights inches (15' 7-5/8") wide; thence in a northwesterly direction along said prolongation and continuing along the southwest line of Didier Road and its northwest prolongation to its intersection with a line parallel with and one hundred and thirty feet (130') perpendicularly distant from the northwestern line of Zellie Avenue, fifty feet (50') wide; thence in a northeasterly direction along the said parallel line to its intersection with the centerline of the alley, twenty feet 3 (20') wide, in City Block 3298; thence in a southeasterly direction along the said centerline of alley and its southeastward prolongation to its intersection with the centerline of Waddell Avenue; thence in a northeasterly direction along said centerline to its intersection with a line northeastward of and parallel with and seventy feet (70') perpendicularly distant from the northeastern line of the alley, twenty feet (20') wide, in City Block 3290; thence in a southeasterly direction along the said parallel line to its intersection with the lot line between Lot 4 and Lot 6 in City Block 3290; then in a southwesterly direction along said lot line and its southwestward prolongation to its intersection with the centerline of the alley, twenty feet (20') wide, in City Block 3290; thence in a southeasterly direction along said centerline of alley to its intersection with the line which bounds the parcels now or formerly owned by Margaret G. and Marie L. McIntyre and by Joseph A. Osborn and which is also the former block line between City Block 3290 and that part of the former City Block 3172 now a part of City Block 3290; thence in a southerly direction along the said former block line to its intersection with the northeastern line of Poepping Street, fifty feet (50') wide; thence in a southeasterly direction along the said northeastern line of Poepping Street to its intersection with the western line of Carondelet Boulevard; thence in a southerly direction along the said western line of Carondelet Boulevard to its intersection with 4 the southwestern line of Carondelet Boulevard and its northwestward prolongation which is also the former block line between City Block 3289 and that part of former City Block 3172 now a part of City Block 3289; thence in a northwesterly direction along the said former block line for a distance of thirty-three and sixty one hundredths feet (33.60'), more or less, to the point of its intersection with the east line of Block One of Waddell's Addition, as recorded in Book 9 on Page 145 of the City of St. Louis Recorder's Office; thence in a southwesterly direction along the said east line to its intersection with a line northeastward of and parallel to and one hundred and fifty feet (150') perpendicularly distant from the northeastern line of an unnamed Road, thirty and forty-six one hundredths feet (30.46'), more or less, wide and approximately parallel with Poepping Street; thence in a northwesterly direction along the said parallel line to the point of its intersection with a line perpendicular to the aforesaid northeastern line of an unnamed Road, said perpendicular line, as measured along the said northeastern line, being three hundred sixty-five feet (365') southeastwardly from the southeastern line of Waddell Avenue, fifty feet (50') wide; thence in a southwesterly direction along the said perpendicular line and its southwestward prolongation to the point of its intersection with the City Limits line of 1876 in Weber Road; and thence in a westerly direction 5 along the said City Limits line to the southeast line of Bridge Avenue, sixty feet (60') wide; thence in a southwesterly direction and along the southeast line of Bridge Avenue, sixty feet (60') wide to its intersection with a line parallel to and one hundred twenty-five feet (125') perpendicularly southwest of the southwest line of said Weber Road; thence in a westerly direction along said parallel line to its intersection with the southeast line of Hundhausen's Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 1 on Page 198 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwestwardly along said southeast line to the southernmost corner of Lot 5 of said subdivision; thence in a northwesterly direction along the line between Lots 4 and 5 of Hundhausen Subdivision to the westernmost corner of said Lot 5; thence southwestwardly along the southeast line of Zeiss Avenue to its intersection with a line perpendicular to and crossing Zeiss Avenue at a distance three hundred seventy- five feet (375') from Weber Road as measured along the northwest line of Zeiss Avenue; thence northwestwardly along said perpendicular line to the northwest line of said Zeiss Avenue; thence northwestwardly in a straight line to its intersection with a line parallel to and one hundred twenty-five feet (125') perpendicularly distant southwest of the southwest line of Weber Road at a point on the common line between Lot 40 and 41 of Sigurson's Nursery tract as recorded in Plat Book 5 on Page 79 of the City of St. Louis Recorder's Office; thence northwestwardly 6 along said parallel line to the southernmost corner of property now or formerly of Bessie F. Godair and Norma L. Dunlop as recorded in Deed Book 3468 on Page 586 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly along the southeast line of said Godair and Dunlop property and said line projected to its intersection with the centerline of Weber Road; thence southeastwardly along said centerline to the point of beginning.
