O R D I N A N C E NO. 313 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict situated partly in the City of St. Louis and partly in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 85 (Outlot 5) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 85 (Outlot 5). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 85 (Outlot 5) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 Ord. No. 313 OUTLOT 5 Beginning in the centerline of Weber Road at the point of intersection of the St. Louis City Limits line of 1876 and the southwestward prolongation of the southeastern boundary line of Carondelet Gardens Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 27 on Page 50 of the City of St. Louis Recorder's Office; thence in a northeasterly direction along the said southwestward prolongation and the said southeastern boundary line to the point of its intersection with a line parallel to and one hundred and twenty- five feet (125') perpendicularly distant from the northeastern line of Weber Road, forty feet (40') wide; thence in a southeasterly direction along said parallel line to the east line of Lot E of Outlot 5 now or formerly of Glenn T. and Marie E. Robinson as recorded in Book 6871 on Page 8 of the City of St. Louis Recorder's Office, said east line being more or less perpendicular to the northeast line of Weber Road and three hundred and eighty- six and seventy-seven hundredths feet (386.77') northwest of the northwest line of an unnamed Road, twenty feet (20') wide as measured along the northwest line of Weber Road, forty feet (40') wide; thence in a southwesterly direction along the east line of said Lot E to the northwest line of Weber Road, forty feet (40') wide; thence in a southeasterly direction along the northeastern 3 line of Weber Road, forty feet (40') wide to its intersection with the northeastward projection of the southeast line of property now or formerly of Bessie F. Godair and Norma L. Dunlop as recorded in Deed Book 3468 on Page 586 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwestwardly along said projection and along said southeast line to the southernmost corner of said Godair and Dunlop property; thence northwestwardly along the southwest line of said Godair and Dunlop property and said line projected northwestwardly to its intersection with a line parallel to and five hundred and fifteen feet (515') perpendicularly distant from the northwest line of Avenue "H"; thence in a northeasterly direction along said parallel line to the centerline of Weber Road, forty feet (40') wide; thence in a northwesterly direction along the centerline of Weber Road, forty feet (40') wide,to the point of beginning;
