AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in the
City of Brentwood, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
this District has no use or need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
So much of an easement 20 feet wide, the center line of
which is the common boundary of Hanley Industrial Subdivision, a
Subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 57, page 5 of the St. Louis County
Records, and Hanley Industrial Subdivision, First Addition, a
Subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat
thereof recorded as Daily No. 108 on December 4, 1953, in the St.
Louis County Records, which portion of easement extends
southwardly from the intersection of its center line with the
southern line of Hanley Industrial Court 40 feet wide at the
northeast corner of Lot 20 of said Hanley Industrial Subdivision
First Addition to a point five (5) feet north of the southwest
corner of Lot 9 of said Hanley Industrial Subdivision.
