AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in the
City of Overland, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
this District has no use or need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
So much of an easement 15 feet wide lying in Page
Industrial Center, a Subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, as
recorded as Daily No. 329, September 15, 1958 in the St. Louis
County Records, the west line of such portion being described as
follows:
Beginning at the southeastern corner of Fairview
Avenue, 45' wide, as established by said recorded plat; thence
southwardly along a line parallel with the western boundary of
said subdivision, a distance of 160 feet to the end of such 15
foot easement.
