AN ORDINANCE vacating an existing easement in the City
of St. Louis, Missouri;
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 30434 of the City of St.
Louis approved August 6, 1919, the City of St. Louis vacated the
east and west alley, ten feet wide, in City Block 84, extending
from Fourth Street eastwardly to the west line of the north and
south alley in said City Block, but retained an easement for sewer
purposes over the area of such alley, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District vacate such easement, and the District has
no use or need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement ten feet wide, reserved to the City of
St. Louis by Ordinance No. 30434 approved August 6, 1919, over
the east and west alley, ten feet wide, in City Block 84, extend-
ing from Fourth Street eastwardly to the west line of the north
and south alley in said City Block.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on August 27, 1959.
