AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 86 (Scottdale) of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 86 (Scottdale).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 86
(Scottdale) shall be as follows:

SCOTTDALE SUBDISTRICT
Beginning at a point, said point being the northwest corner
of Lot 1 of Block 8 of Ben Avis Park subdivision as recorded in
Plat Book 3 on Page 34 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
eastwardly along the north line of Lots 1 through 6 of said Block
8 to the southwest corner of Lot 9 of said Block 8; thence
northwardly along the west line of Lots 9 through 12 of said Block
8 to the northwest corner of said Lot 12; thence eastwardly along
the north line of said Lot 12 to the northeast corner of said Lot
12; thence southeastwardly in a straight line to the northeast
corner of Huiskamp Avenue, sixty feet (60) wide and High Ridge
Avenue, fifty feet (50') wide; thence eastwardly along the north
line of High Ridge Avenue to the southwest corner of property now
or formerly of C. H. and E. Dashney as recorded in Deed Book 3167
on Page 366 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly
along the west line of said Dashney property to the northwest
corner of said Dashney property; thence eastwardly along the north
line of said Dashney property and said line projected eastwardly
to the northeast corner of property now or formerly of R. R. and
M. A. Pound as recorded in Deed Book 3357 on Page 514 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the east line of
said Pound property to the north line of said High Ridge Avenue;
thence eastwardly along the north line of High Ridge Avenue to the
southwest corner of Lot 8 of J. M. Hord Acres subdivision as
recorded in Plat Book 14 on Page 58 of the St. Louis County

Records; thence northwardly along the west line of said Lot 8 to
the northwest corner of said Lot 8; thence eastwardly along the
north line of said Lot 8 and said line projected eastwardly to the
northeast corner of Lot 14 of said J. M. Hord subdivision; thence
southwardly along the east line of said Lot 14 and continuing
across High Ridge Avenue and along the east line of Lot 17 of said
subdivision to the southeast corner of said Lot 17; thence
westwardly along the south line of said Lot 17 to its intersection
with the southwest line of property now or formerly of Edmund M.
and Anne Schmidt as recorded in Deed Book 3677 on Page 257 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence southeastwardly along said
southwest line of said Schmidt property to the southernmost corner
of said Schmidt property; thence southwardly in a straight line to
the northernmost corner of Lot 1 of Block 1 of Blewett Park
subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 18 on Page 38 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence southeastwardly along the southwest
line of Mary Avenue, sixty feet (60') wide to the easternmost
corner of Lot 5 of said subdivision; thence southwestwardly along
the southeast line of said Lot 5 to the southernmost corner of
said Lot 5; thence northwestwardly along the southwest line of
said Lot 5 to the northernmost corner of Lot 65 of said Block 1;
thence southwestwardly along the northwest line of said Lot 65 to
the westernmost corner of said Lot 65; thence southeastwardly
along the northeast line of Blewett Avenue to its intersection
with the eastward projection of the north line of Lot 19 of Block

2 of said Blewett Park subdivision; thence westwardly along said
projection and along said line to the northwest corner of said Lot
19; thence
southwardly along the west line of said Lot 19 and said line
projected to the north line of Hord Avenue, sixty feet (60') wide;
thence westwardly along the north line of Hord Avenue to its
intersection with the centerline of Orchard Avenue, thirty feet
(30') wide; thence northwardly along said centerline of Orchard
Avenue to its intersection with the eastward projection of the
north line of Lot 51 of Jennings Oak Park Subdivision as recorded
in Plat Book 24 on Page 16 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
westwardly along said projection and along the north line of Lots
51 through 70 and said line projected westwardly to its
intersection with the southeast line of North Woodland Second
subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 8 on Page 53 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence southwestwardly along said line to its
intersection with the southward projection of the west line of
Lots 6 through 1 of Janes subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 15
on Page 95 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly
along said projection and along said line to its intersection with
the south line of Lot 2 of Hords subdivision as recorded in Plat
Book 1 on Page 78 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
westwardly along said line to the southwest corner of said Lot 2;
thence northwardly along the west line of Lots 2, 5 and 6 of said
subdivision to the northwest corner of said Lot 6; thence

northeastwardly in a straight line to the southwest corner of Lot
15 of North Woodland subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 8 on
Page 38 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along
the west line of Lots 15, 14, 13 and 12 to its intersection with a
line midway between the north and south lines of Lot 4 of said
North Woodland subdivision; thence westwardly along said midway
line and said line projected to its intersection with the
centerline of aforementioned Huiskamp Avenue; thence northwardly
along said centerline to its intersection with the eastward
projection of the south line of Lots 7 through 5 of Block 4 of
aforementioned Ben Avis Park subdivision; thence westwardly along
said projection and along said Lot lines to the southwest corner
of said Lot 7; thence northwardly along the west line of said Lot
7 and continuing across Solway Avenue, fifty feet (50') wide and
along the west line of Lot 2 of Block 7 to the northeast corner of
Lot 1 of said Block 7; thence westwardly along the north line of
said Lot 1 to the northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence
southwestwardly in a straight line to the southeast corner of Lot
5 of Block 6 of aforementioned Ben Avis Park Subdivision; thence
westwardly along the south line of Lots 5 through 8 of said Block
6 to the southwest corner of said Lot 8; thence northwardly along
the west line of said Ben Avis Park subdivision to the point of
beginning;
