AN ORDINANCE vacating easements in the Village of
Hazelwood, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easements, and has offered
this District satisfactory substitute easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easements
are hereby vacated, to wit:
Those easements lying in Lots 314, 315, 316 and 317 of Lynn Haven
Plat No. 5, a subdivision of St. Louis County,
Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 84, page 40 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 28, 1959.
