AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in St.
Louis County, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement and
this District has no use or need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The west 172.26 feet of the five (5) foot wide easement over the
north five (5) feet of Lot 15, Block 1 of the
Subdivision of Lot 25, Coburg Lands, a subdivision of
St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 26, page 3 of the St.
Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted Sept. 28, 1959.
