AN ORDINANCE to extend the boundaries of The Metro-
politan St. Louis Sewer District to include an area of St. Louis
County which could be efficiently served by the sewer and drainage
facilities of the District.
WHEREAS, petitions to the Board of Trustees of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District have been received from the
majority of the owners of the land in said area who own more than
one-half of the land area therein; and
WHEREAS, this area adjoins and is primarily in a
watershed within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, and
can drain all of its sanitary sewage into sewers within the
District,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That the Board finds that the sewer
facilities of the District can efficiently serve the area des-
cribed as follows:
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection
of the centerlines of New Halls Ferry Road and Parker Road
(running eastwardly from New Halls Ferry), said point being also a
point on the existing boundary of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District; thence eastwardly along said centerline of Parker Road
to its intersection with the southern prolongation of the east
line of property now or formerly owned by Richard W. Brueggen and
Mary Ann Brueggen, his wife, as recorded in Deed Book 2765 on Page

334 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along said
prolongation and along the east line of said Brueggen property to
the northwest corner of Marietta Subdivision Plat 1, as recorded
in Plat Book 72 on Page 10 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
eastwardly along the north line of said Marietta Subdivision Plat
1 and along the north line of Marietta Subdivision Plat 2, as
recorded in Plat Book 76 on Page 20 of the St. Louis County
Records, and along the eastern prolongation of said north line to
the northeast corner of property now or formerly owned by Jos. A.
Kasperski, as recorded in Deed Book 2123 on Page 450 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence northwardly along the west line of a
20 foot Roadway as shown on the Plat of Reuben Musicks Estate
recorded in Survey Record Book 7 on Page 298 of the St. Louis
City (formerly County) Records, a distance of 387.19 feet to an
angle point in said roadway; thence eastwardly along the north
line of said roadway a distance of 433.75 feet to a point in the
west line of property now or formerly owned by Leonhard C.
Lemkemann, as recorded in Deed Book 3898 on Page 147 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence northwardly along the west line of
said Lemkemann property to the northwest corner of said property,
said point also being the southeast corner of property now or
formerly owned by D. G. Ulrich, as recorded in Deed Book 2898 on
Page 574 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along
the south line of said Ulrich property the southwest corner of
said property, said point also being a point on the east line of

property now or formerly owned by Frank Lucido, as recorded in
Deed Book 1203 on Page 380 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
southwardly along the east line of said Lucido property to the
northeast corner of property now or formerly owned by A. L. and E.
Dickson, recorded by Daily Number 31 on December 20, 1950 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along the north line
of said Dickson property and along the western prolongation of
said north line to the centerline of New Halls Ferry Road, said
point also being a point on the existing boundary line of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District; thence southeastwardly
along the centerline of said New Halls Ferry Road, said centerline
being also a part of the existing boundary line of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, to the point of beginning.
Section Two. That the petitions praying for annexation
were signed by the majority of the owners of the land in said area
who own more than one-half of the land area of the area to be
served.
Section Three. The corporate boundaries of The Metro-
politan St. Louis Sewer District are hereby extended so as to
include the above-described area.
Section Four. Certified copies of this ordinance shall be
filed in the offices of the Recorder of Deeds of St. Louis County,
the Recorder of Deeds of the City of St. Louis, and the Secretary
of State.
