AN ORDINANCE to extend the boundaries of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to include an area of St.
Louis County which could be efficiently served by the sewer and
drainage facilities of the District.
WHEREAS, a petition to the Board of Trustees of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District has been received from the
sole owner of all the land in said area; and
WHEREAS, this area adjoins and is wholly within a
watershed within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, and
can drain all of its sanitary and storm water sewage into sewers
within the District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That the Board finds that the sewer
facilities of the District can efficiently serve the area
described as follows:
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection
of the centerline of Howdershell Road with the southeastern pro-
longation of the southwest line of property now or formerly owned
by Dominic Delvecchio and wife, as recorded in Deed Book 3191 on
Page 47 of the St. Louis County Records, said point also being a
point on the existing boundary line of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District; thence northwestwardly along said produced line
and along the southwest line of said Dominic Delvecchio property
to the westernmost corner of said Dominic Delvecchio property;

thence northeastwardly along the northwestern line of said last
mentioned property and continuing along the northwest line of
property now or formerly owned by John Delvecchio and wife, as
recorded in Deed Book 2784 on Page 131 of the St. Louis County
Records and along the northeastern prolongation of said northwest
line of property now or formerly owned by John Delvecchio and
wife, as recorded in Deed Book 2784 on Page 131 of the St. Louis
County Records and along the northeastern prolongation of said
northwest line to the northeast line of Survey 153 of the St.
Ferdinand Common Fields; thence northwestwardly along said
northeast line of Survey 153 a distance of 453.84 feet to a point;
thence southwestwardly in a straight line to a point in the
northeast line of Barwick Acres Subdivision, as recorded in Plat
Book 47 on Page 20 of the St. Louis County Records, said point
being 47.30 feet southeast of the west line of Lot 4 of said
Barwick Acres as measured along said northeast line; thence
southeastwardly along said northeast line of Barwick Acres
Subdivision to the westernmost corner of property now or formerly
owned by Francis G. Freiberger and wife, as recorded in Deed Book
2646 on Page 384 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
northeastwardly along the northwest line of said Freiberger
property to the northernmost corner of said property; thence
southeastwardly along the northeast line of said Frieberger
property and along the southeastern prolongation of said northeast
line to the centerline of Howdershell Road, said point also being

a point on the existing boundary line of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District; thence northeastwardly along said centerline
of Howdershell Road, said line also being a part of the existing
boundary line of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, to the
point of beginning.
Section Two. That the petition praying for annexation
was signed by the sole owner of all the land in said area.
Section Three. The corporate boundaries of The Metro-
politan St. Louis Sewer District are hereby extended so as to
include the above-described area.
Section Four. Certified copies of this ordinance shall
be filed in the offices of the Recorder of Deeds of St. Louis
County, the Recorder of Deeds of the City of St. Louis, and the
Secretary of State.
