HomeMy Public PortalAbout00328 O R D I N A N C E NO. 328 AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of an easement in the City of Olivette, Missouri; WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested this District to vacate such portions of easement, and this District has no use or need for such portions of easement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The following described portions of sewer easement are hereby vacated, to wit: That portion of 10 foot wide easement granted by instrument recorded in Book 1559 page 86 of the St. Louis County Records, the centerline of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point in the common lot line of Lot 21 of Tennyson Manor, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book 75 page 7 of the St. Louis County Records, and property now or formerly of Wm. F. Hecker, which point is 52 feet more or less north of the southeast corner of said property of Wm. F. Hecker; thence southwestwardly at an angle of 36o 41' a distance of 67 feet more or less to its intersection with the north line of Lot 4 of aforesaid Tennyson Manor Subdivision. That portion of aforesaid 10 foot wide easement, the centerline of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the north line of Lancelot Lane, a private road 60 feet wide, as shown on the recorded plat 2 of aforesaid Tennyson Manor Subdivision, which point is 132 feet more or less west of the southeast corner of Lot 4 of said Tennyson Manor Subdivision; thence northeastwardly a distance of 137 feet more or less to its intersection with the south line of an easement over the north 10 feet of said Lot 4. That portion of aforesaid 10 foot wide easement, the centerline of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the centerline of aforesaid 10 foot wide easement granted by instrument recorded in Book 1559 page 86 of the St. Louis County Records, said point being 96 feet more or less northeast from the intersection of the centerline of said 10 foot wide easement and the north line of aforesaid Lancelot Lane; thence northwestwardly 29 feet more or less to the southeast line of an easement 10 feet wide granted as shown on the record plat of aforesaid Tennyson Manor Subdivision. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 28, 1959.
