AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of easements in the City
of Crestwood, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portions of easements, and
has provided this District with satisfactory substitute easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of an easement ten (10) feet wide over the east
fifty (50) feet of the south five (5) feet of Lot 11 and the
north five (5) feet of Lot 12 of Buxton Terrace, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 92 page 2 of the St. Louis
County Records, excepting therefrom the east fifteen (15)
feet thereof.
That portion of an easement ten (10) feet wide over the east
fifty (50) feet of the south five (5) feet of Lot 13 and the
north five (5) feet of Lot 14 of aforesaid Buxton Terrace
Subdivision, excepting therefrom the east fifteen (15) feet
thereof.
That portion of an easement five (5) feet wide over the south
five (5) feet of Lot 14 of aforesaid Buxton Terrace
Subdivision, excepting therefrom the east fifteen (15) feet
thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 22, 1959
