AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in the
Village of Hazelwood, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
has offered this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of an easement ten (10) feet wide, the
centerline of which is the common line between Lots 12
and 13 of Mystic Manor, a subdivision of St. Louis
County, Missouri, according to plat thereof recorded as
Daily No. 206, May 14, 1959, of the St. Louis County
Records, excepting therefrom the southerly ten (10)
feet thereof, the northerly line of said exception
being parallel with and ten (10) feet from the
southerly boundary of said subdivision.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 22, 1959.
