AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in the
City of Olivette, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
has granted this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of easement granted to The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District by Chieftain Manor Apartments, Inc. on
November 12, 1958, as recorded in Book 3998, page 303 of the St.
Louis County Records, which is described as follows:
Beginning at a point which bears north 89 degrees 14
minutes 58 seconds east a distance of 10.00 feet along the south
line of Lots 80, 79 and 78 of Indian Meadows Plat No. 1, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, and south 0 degrees 41
minutes 17 seconds east a distance of 95.00 feet from the
southwest corner of said Lot 80; thence north 89 degrees 14
minutes 58 seconds east a distance of 160.00 feet; thence south 0
degrees 41 minutes 17 seconds east a distance of 10.00 feet;
thence south 89 degrees 14 minutes 58 seconds west a distance of
160.00 feet; thence north 0 degrees 41 minutes 17 seconds west a
distance of 10.00 feet to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 5, 1959.
