AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in the
City of Kirkwood, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate its interests in such portion of
easement, and has granted this District a satisfactory substitute
easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The interests of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District in the following described portion of sewer
easement are hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of easement ten (10) feet wide over the north 5
feet of Lot 26 and over the south 5 feet of Lot, 27 of
Block 6 of Adele Place, a subdivision of St. Louis
County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 18 of the St. Louis
County Records, excepting therefrom the west 5 feet
thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 27, 1959.
