A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING EMPLOYEE PAY INCREASES
EFECTIVE JULY 1, 2014
Whereas, The City recognizes that there should be a Cost of Living increase this year,
and,
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to increase
employee pay by an annual rate of 2% in FY2015 effective on July 1, 2014.
On the 14th day of May, 2014, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Kahler introduced Resolution No. 2013-064, A RESOLUTION
ESTABLISHING EMPLOYEE PAY INCREASES EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2014 and made
a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Ryan.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Petersen, Bartels, Upton
Nays: none.
Absent: none.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2013-064, A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING
EMPLOYEE PAY INCREASES EFFECTIE JULY 1, 2014 TO be adopted and signified
his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 14th day of May, 2014.
