AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 93 (Wright Avenue
North) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 93 (Wright Avenue North).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 93
(Wright Avenue North) shall be as follows:

WRIGHT AVENUE NORTH
Beginning at a point, said point being the
southeast corner of St. Ann Park Plat No. 1, as recorded in Plat
Book 48 on page 16 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
northwardly along the east line of said St. Ann Park Plat No. 1
and along the east line of St. Ann Park Plat No. 2, as recorded in
Plat Book 48 on page 17 of the St. Louis County Records, to a
point, said point being in the south line of the Mark Twain
Expressway Right-of-Way, as recorded in the St. Louis County
Clerk's Office; thence eastwardly along the south line of said
Right-of-Way to a point, said point being in the north line of lot
20 of the Resubdivision of Crestshire, as recorded in Plat Book 42
on page 43 of the St. Louis County Records, and 32.11 feet east of
the northwest corner of said lot 20; thence southeastwardly along
said Right-of-Way to the southernmost point in the north line of
lot 19 of the Resubdivision of Crestshire; thence northeastwardly
along said Right-of-Way to a point, said point being in the
northwest line of lot 18 of the Resubdivision of Crestshire and
36.50 feet northeast of the northwest corner of said lot 18;
thence eastwardly along a circular curve to the left having a
radius of 2864.93 feet to a point, said point being the northwest
corner of lot 8 of the Resubdivision of Crestshire; thence

eastwardly along said Right-of-Way to a point, said point being
the northeast corner of lot 3 of the Second Resubdivision of
Crestshire, as recorded in Plat Book 47 on page 57 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence southwardly along said Right-of-Way a
distance of 410 feet to the northwest corner of a tract of land
now or formerly of Airport Acres, Inc., as recorded in Deed Book
3708 on page 34 of the St. Louis County Records; thence along the
west line of said tract to the northwest corner of Bobbie Downs
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 91 on page 25 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence along the west line of said
subdivision to the northwest corner of Woodson Hills Plat No. 6 as
recorded in Plat Book 88 on page 37 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence along the west line of said subdivision to a
point, said point being the northeast corner of a lot now or
formerly of Peter F. Aiello and Genevieve Aiello, his wife, as
recorded in Deed Book 3511 on page 611 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence westwardly along the north line of said Aiello
property to the northwest corner of said property; thence
northwestwardly in a straight line across Geraldine Avenue (40'
wide) to a point in the west line of Geraldine Avenue, said point
being 75 feet south of the northeast corner of a lot now or
formerly of Kenneth E. Gronemeyer and Dolores A. Gronemeyer, his
wife, as recorded in Deed Book 2489 on page 138 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence westwardly and parallel to the north line
of said Gronemeyer property to the western line of said Gronemeyer

property; thence southwardly along the west line of said
Gronemeyer property and along the west line of a lot now or
formerly of James R. Babb and A. Lula Babb, his wife, as
recorded in Deed Book 4090 on page 396 of the St. Louis County
Records, and along the west line of a lot now or formerly of
Ronald K. Stratman and Barbara Y. Stratman, his wife, as recorded
in Deed Book 3809 on page 495 of the St. Louis County Records to
its intersection with a line parallel to and 66 feet north of the
north line of a lot now or formerly of William H. Coleman and
Stelma Coleman, his wife, as recorded in Deed Book 3094 on page
320 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along said
parallel line to its intersection with the east line of Jane
Avenue; thence northwardly along said east line to its
intersection with a line parallel to and 66.93 feet north of the
north line of a lot now or formerly of Patrick M. Browne and
Vernitta V. Browne, his wife, as recorded in Deed Book 3759 on
page 414 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along
said parallel line to its intersection with the northward
projection of the west line of said Browne property; thence
southwardly along said projection and along the west line of said
Browne property and along the west line of a lot now or formerly
of Thomas A. Amaro and Marie A. Amaro, his wife, as recorded in
Deed Book 2319 on page 437 of the St. Louis County Records and
along the west line of a lot now or formerly of Louis E. Smith and
Florence E. Smith, his wife, as recorded in Deed Book 2194 on page

235 and in Deed Book 2174 on page 538 of the St. Louis County
Records to the southeast corner of a lot now or formerly of John
Bachman and Daisy Lillian Bachman, his wife, as recorded in Deed
Book 2053 on page 575 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
westwardly along the south line of said Bachman property to the
southwest corner of said property; thence westwardly in a straight
line across Wright Avenue (30' wide) to the northeast corner of a
lot now or formerly of James E. Smith and Marcella Smith, his
wife, as recorded in Deed Book 2545 on page 529 and in Deed Book
3576 on page 574 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
westwardly along the north line of said Smith property to the east
property line of Tract No. 6 of St. Ann Country Club Tracts, as
recorded in Plat Book 46 on page 42 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence northwardly along said Tract No. 6 to the
northeast corner of said Tract No. 6; thence westwardly along the
north line of said Tract No. 6 to the point of beginning;
