AN ORDINANCE vacating an easement in the City of Creve
Coeur, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement, and has granted
this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
by the W. S. Dickey Clay Manufacturing Co. on February
28, 1958, as recorded in Book 3880, page 233 of the St.
Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on December 17, 1959.
