O R D I N A N C E NO. 361
AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 94 (Woodson
Terrace) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 94 (Woodson Terrace).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 94
(Woodson Terrace) shall be as follows:

Beginning at the northwest corner of the property of
Anna Zykan, as recorded on Page 462 of Book No. 3595 of the St.
Louis County Records, which is also, the northeast corner of the
property of W. H. Maurer, as recorded on Page 177 of Book No. 2429
of the St. Louis County Records and a point on the southwestern
right-of-way line of Natural Bridge Road; thence northwestwardly
and westwardly along said southwestern right-of-way line of
Natural Bridge Road to a point 110 feet east of the centerline of
Woodson Road measured at right angles to said centerline of
Woodson Road; thence southwardly along a line parallel to and 110
feet east of the said centerline of Woodson Road across the
property of Louise Sauer as recorded on Page 90 of Book No. 3230
of the St. Louis County Records, across the property of the said
W. H. Maurer, across a 15 foot wide strip of land of the
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District as recorded on Page 425 of
Book No. 2739 of the St. Louis County Records and into the
property of B. F. Frericks as recorded on Page 317 of Book No.
3366 and Page 298 of Book No. 3405 of the St. Louis County
Records, to a point 65 feet south of the northern property line of
the property of said B. F. Frericks; thence westwardly along a
line at right angles to the centerline of Woodson Road to its
intersection with the said centerline of Woodson Road; thence

northwardly along said centerline of Woodson Road a distance of
180 feet; thence westwardly along a line at right angles to the
said centerline of Woodson Road to its intersection with the
western right-of-way line of Woodson Road; thence southwestwardly
along a line at an angle of 33o45' to the left of the prolongation
westwardly of the said line at right
angles to the centerline of Woodson Road across the property of H.
W. Maurer, as recorded on Page 633 of Book No. 1625 and on Page 5
of Book No. 1693 of the St. Louis County Records to the northern
line of the property of Harry Herklotz as recorded on Page 395 of

County Records and continuing southwestwardly across the property
of said Harry Herklotz for a distance of 1170 feet from the said

right-of-way line of Woodson Road; thence westwardly at an angle
of 21o15' to the right of the prolongation southwestwardly of the
said 1170 foot long line for a distance of 235 feet; thence
southwestwardly at an angle of 39o to the left of the prolongation
westwardly of the said 235 foot long line for a distance of 210
feet; thence southwestwardly to the northwest corner of Lot 2 in

northwestwardly in a straight line for a distance of 600 feet at
an angle of 118o to the left of the prolongation east of the said
210 foot long line into Washington Park Cemetery, as recorded on
Pages 20 and 21 of Book No. 16 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence northwardly in a straight line for a distance of 520 feet
at an angle of 30o45' to the right of the northwestern
prolongation of the said 600 foot long line; thence
northwestwardly in a straight line for a distance of 680 feet at
an angle of 81o15' to the left of the prolongation north of the
said 520 foot long line; thence northwardly in a straight line for

a distance of 685 feet to the point of intersection with the
eastern right-of-way line of Brown Road; thence northwestwardly
across Brown Road to the intersection of the western right-of-way
line of Brown Road with the southern right-of-way line of the Mark
Twain Expressway; thence continuing northwestwardly, northwardly
and southwestwardly along the said southern right-of-way line of
the Mark Twain Expressway to its point of intersection with the
eastern right-of-way line of the Airport Road; thence southwardly
along the said eastern right-of-way line of the said Airport Road
to its point of intersection with the northern right-of-way line
of Natural Bridge Road; thence southeastwardly along the said
northern right-of-way line of Natural Bridge Road to the point of
intersection with the prolongation northeast of the northwestern
