AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 98 (Jaccard
Estates) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 98 (Jaccard Estates).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 98
(Jaccard Estates) shall be as follows:

Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 8 of Vouga
Estates Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 83, on Page 26 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the east
line of Vouga Estates Subdivision and the southwardly prolongation
of said line to its intersection with the south line of Conway
Road, 60 feet wide; thence westwardly along said south line of
Conway Road to its intersection with the west line of property now
or formerly
of Justin Vouga as recorded in Deed Book 643 on Page 315 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along said west line
of Vouga property to a point 500 feet south of the south line of
Conway Road as measured along said west line; thence
northeastwardly along a straight line to the southwest corner of
property now or formerly of John S. Felter, as recorded in Deed
Book 2768 on Page 389 of the St. Louis County Records, said point
being 290 feet, more or less, south of the south line of Conway
Road; thence eastwardly along the south line of said property to
its intersection with the east line of aforementioned Vouga
property; thence southwardly along said east line to its
intersection with the south line of property now or formerly of
Charlton Rogers, Jr., as recorded in Deed Book 3691 on Page 455 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along said south

line to its intersection with the west line of Frontenac
Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 28 on Page 3 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence northwardly along said west line of
said subdivision to its intersection with the south line of
property now or formerly of Charles R. Flachmann, as recorded in
Deed Book 3096 on Page 463 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
eastwardly along said south line to its intersection with the east
line of said property, which is also the centerline of Charlemagne
Drive; thence northwardly along said centerline and said
centerline produced to its intersection with the centerline of
Conway Road; thence eastwardly along said centerline of Conway
Road to its intersection with the southwardly prolongation of the
east line of Jaccard Estates Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book
27 on Page 49 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly
along said prolongation of said east line and said east line of
Jaccard Estates Subdivision and the northwardly prolongation of
said east line to its intersection with the centerline of a 10
foot wide easement which was granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District and recorded in Deed Book 3867 on Page 240 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along the centerline
of said easement a distance of 150 feet to a point; thence
southwestwardly in a straight line to a point on the east line of
property now or formerly of Claud E. Kahmann, as recorded in Deed
Book 3321 on Page 339 of the St. Louis County Records, said point
being 725 feet north of the northwest corner of aforementioned

Jaccard Estates Subdivision as measured along said east line of
said Claud E. Kahmann property; thence southwestwardly along a
straight line to the point of beginning;
