AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of easements in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owners of the subject property have
requested this District to vacate such portions of easements and
this District has no further use or need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of easement ten (10) feet wide over the
south five (5) feet of Lot 53 and over the north five (5) feet of
Lot 54 of Denness Hills, a subdivision of St. Louis County,
Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded as Daily No. 40,
May 26, 1947 in the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom
the east five (5) feet thereof.
That portion of easement ten (10) feet wide over the
south five (5) feet of Lot 41 and over the north five (5) feet of
Lot 40 of aforesaid Denness Hills Subdivision, excepting therefrom
the west five (5) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on January 28, 1960.
