AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 99 (Chambers Park
North) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 99 (Chambers Park North).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 99
(Chambers Park North) shall be as follows:

CHAMBERS PARK NORTH
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection
of the centerlines of Balboa Drive, 20 feet wide, and Crown Point
Drive, 40 feet wide; thence southwardly along the centerline of
said Balboa Drive to its intersection with the western
prolongation of the north line of Lot 9 in Block 10 of Atwater
Terrace Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 24 on Page 4 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along said
prolongation and along said north line to the northeast corner of
said Lot 9; thence southwardly along the east line of said Lot 9
to the southeast corner of said Lot 9; thence southwardly in a
straight line across
Bella Clare Drive, 40 feet wide, to the northeast corner of Lot 16
in Block 9 of said Atwater Terrace Subdivision; thence southwardly
along the east line of said Lot 16 to the southeast corner of said
Lot 16; thence westwardly along the south line of said Lot 16 to
the southwest corner of said Lot 16; thence northwestwardly in a
straight line across Balboa Drive to the southeast corner of Lot 8
in Block 1 of Chambers Park Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book
24 on Page 29 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly
along the south line of said Lot 8 to the southwest corner of said
Lot 8; thence southwestwardly in a straight line across Mayfair
Drive, 40 feet wide, to the southeast corner of property now or
formerly owned by Henry E. Gipson, as recorded in Deed Book 2867
on Page 81 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly

along the south line of said Gipson property and continuing along
the south line of property now or formerly owned by Joseph J. &
Viola D. McAtee, as recorded in Deed Book 3891 on Page 637 of the
St. Louis County Records, to the southwest corner of said McAtee
property; thence northwestwardly in a straight line across
Imperial Drive, 40 feet wide, to the southeast corner of Lot 11 in
Block 3 of said Chambers Park Subdivision; thence westwardly along
the south line of said Lot 11 and continuing along the south line
of Lot 8 in said Block 3 and along the western prolongation of
said south line of Lot 8 to the centerline of Clairmont Drive, 40
feet wide; thence northwardly along said centerline of Clairmont
Drive to its intersection with the eastern prolongation of the
south line of property now or formerly owned by Eugene L. &
Eleanor T. Hoffnagle, as recorded in Deed Book 4016 on Page 377 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along said
prolongation and along the south line of said Hoffnagle property
to the southwest corner of said Hoffnagle property; thence
northwardly along the west line of said Hoffnagle property and
continuing along the northern prolongation of said west line to
the centerline of Bella Clare Drive, 40 feet wide; thence
westwardly along said centerline
of Bella Clare Drive to the west line of said Chambers Park
Subdivision; thence northwardly along said west line of Chambers
Park Subdivision to the northwest corner of property now or
formerly owned by Charles B. & Audrey I. Rodriguez, as recorded in

Deed Book 3630 on Page 258 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
eastwardly along the north line of said Rodriguez property and
continuing along the eastern prolongation of said north line to
the centerline of Bon-Oak Drive, 40 feet wide; thence northwardly
along the centerline of said Bon-Oak Drive to its intersection
with the south line of Crown Point Drive; thence eastwardly along
the south line of said Crown Point Drive to its intersection with
the southern prolongation of the west line of Lot 1 in Block 5 of
Green Valley Subdivision Plat 1, as recorded in Plat Book 47 on
Page 19 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly and
northwestwardly along said prolongation and along the west lines
of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 in Block 5 of said Green
Valley Subdivision to the northwest corner of said Lot 10; thence
northeastwardly along the northwest line of said Lot 10 to the
northernmost corner of said Lot 10; thence northeastwardly in a
straight line across Imperial Drive, 80 feet wide, to the
westernmost corner of Lot 11 in Block 2 of said Subdivision;
thence northeastwardly along the northwest line of said Lot 11 to
the northernmost corner of said Lot 11; thence southeastwardly and
eastwardly along the northeast and north lines of Lots 11, 12, 15,
16 and 17 in Block 2 of said Green Valley Subdivision to the
northeast corner of said Lot 17; thence southwardly along the east
line of said Lot 17 to the southeast corner of said Lot 17;thence
southwardly in a straight line across Green Valley Drive, 50 feet
wide, to the northeast corner of Lot 18 in Block 1 of said Green

Valley Subdivision; thence southwardly along the east line of said
Lot 18 to the southeast corner of said Lot 18; thence westwardly
along the south line of said Lot 18 to the east line of Lot 22 in
Block 1 of said Green Valley Subdivision; thence southwardly along
the east lines of said Lots 22 and 23 in Block 1 of said
Subdivision to the southeast corner of said Lot 23, said point
also being the northwest corner of Crown Point Manor Subdivision,
as recorded in Plat Book 80 on Page 5 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence southwardly along the west line of said Crown
Point Manor Subdivision and along the southern prolongation of
said west line to the centerline of Crown Point Drive; thence
eastwardly along said centerline of Crown Point Drive to the point
of beginning;
