HomeMy Public PortalAbout00369 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 11, 1960 O R D I N A N C E NO. 369 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 100 (Chambers Park South) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 100 (Chambers Park South). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 100 (Chambers Park South) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 Ord. No. 369 CHAMBERS PARK SOUTH Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the centerlines of Chambers Road and Balboa Drive; thence westwardly along the centerline of said Chambers Road to its intersection with the southern prolongation of the west line of Chambers Park Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 24 on Page 29 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along said prolongation and along the west line of said Chambers Park Subdivision to the northwest corner of Lot 8 in Block 5 of said Subdivision; thence eastwardly along the north line of said Lot 8 and along the eastern prolongation of said north line of Lot 8 to the centerline of Bon-Oak Drive, 40 feet wide; thence southwardly along said centerline of Bon-Oak Drive to its intersection with the western prolongation of the north line of property now or formerly owned by George H. & Jeanette N. Mohl, as recorded in Deed Book 2846 on Page 6 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along said prolongation and along said north line of Mohl property to the northeast corner of said Mohl property, said point being a point on the west line of Lot 12 in Block 4 of said Chambers Park Subdivision; thence southwardly along the west line of said Lot 12 to the southwest corner of said Lot 12; thence eastwardly along the south line of said Lot 12 and continuing along the eastern prolongation of said south line to the centerline of Clairmont 3 Drive, 40 feet wide; thence northwardly along said centerline of Clairmont Drive to its intersection with a line parallel with and 100 feet south of the north line of Lot 7 in Block 3 of said Chambers Park Subdivision; thence eastwardly along said parallel line to the east line of said Lot 7; thence southwardly along the east line of said Lot 7 to the northwest corner of Lot 13 in Block 3 of said Chambers Park Subdivision; thence eastwardly along the north line of said Lot 13 to the northeast corner of said Lot 13; thence eastwardly in a straight line across Imperial Drive, 40 feet wide, to the northwest corner of Lot 6 in Block 2 of said Chambers Park Subdivision; thence eastwardly along the north line of Lots 6 and 13 in said Block 2 to the northeast corner of said Lot 13; thence eastwardly in a straight line across Mayfair Drive, 40 feet wide, to the northwest corner of Lot 6 in Block 1 of said Chambers Park Subdivision; thence eastwardly along the north line of said Lot 6 and continuing along the eastern prolongation of said north line to the centerline of Balboa Drive, 20 feet wide; thence southwardly along said centerline of Balboa Drive to the point of beginning;
