HomeMy Public PortalAbout00370 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 11, 1960 O R D I N A N C E NO. 370 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 101 (Green Valley Drive) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 101 (Green Valley Drive). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 101 (Green Valley Drive) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 GREEN VALLEY DRIVE Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the centerline of Green Valley Drive, 40 feet wide, and the eastern prolongation of the south line of property now or formerly owned by Harold Williamson, as recorded in Deed Book 3547 on Page 558 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along said prolongation and along the south line of said Williamson property to the southwest corner of said Williamson property; thence northwardly along the west line of said Williamson property and continuing along the west lines of Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 in Block 8 of Atwater Terrace Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 24 on Page 4 of the St. Louis County Records to the northwest corner of said Lot 7; thence eastwardly along the north line of said Lot 7 and the eastern prolongation of said north line to the centerline of Green Valley Drive; thence southwardly along the centerline of said Green Valley Drive to its intersection with the western prolongation of the north line of Lot 14 in Block 6 of said Atwater Terrace Subdivision; thence eastwardly along said prolongation and along the north line of said Lot 14 to the northeast corner of said Lot 14; thence southwardly along the east lines of Lots 14, 13, 12, 11, 10 and 9 in said Block 6 to the southeast corner of said Lot 9; thence southwardly in a straight line across Bella Clare Drive, 40 feet wide, to the northeast 3 corner of Lot 16 in Block 5 of said Atwater Terrace Subdivision; thence southwardly along the east line of said Lot 16 to the southeast corner of said Lot 16; thence westwardly along the south line of said Lot 16 and along the western prolongation of said south line to the centerline of Green Valley Drive; thence northwardly along the centerline of said Green Valley Drive to the point of beginning;
