AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 90 (Homecrest) of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 90 (Homecrest).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 90
(Homecrest) shall be as follows:

HOMECREST
Beginning at a point, said point being the southernmost
corner of Homecrest Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 17 on
Page 50 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwestwardly
along the southwest line of said Subdivision to its intersection
with the southeast line of Florissant Road (60' wide); thence
northeastwardly along said southeast line to the westernmost
corner of Lot 4 of Block 1 of said Subdivision; thence
southeastwardly along the southwest line of said Lot 4 to the
southernmost corner of said Lot 4; thence northeastwardly along
the southeast line of said Lot 4 to its intersection with the
southwest line of the northeast 50 feet of said Lot 4; thence
northwestwardly along said southwest line to its intersection with
the southeast line of said Florissant Road; thence northeastwardly
along said southeast line of Florissant Road to its intersection
with the northeast line of Redwood Avenue (40' wide); thence
southeastwardly along said northeast line of Redwood Avenue and
said line projected southeastwardly to the northeast corner of
said Subdivision; thence southwardly along the easternmost line of
said Subdivision to the point of beginning;
