AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
this District has no use or need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of the south one foot two inches (1'2'") of
the easement ten (10) feet wide over the north ten (10) feet
of Lot 11 of Forest Haven Estates, a subdivision of St. Louis
County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 79 page 10 of the St. Louis County Records, which
portion, measuring thirty-five feet by one and one-half feet,
extends eastwardly from a point sixty (60) feet east of the
west line of said Lot 11 to a point ninety-five (95) feet
east of said west line of Lot 11.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 11, 1960
