HomeMy Public PortalAbout00377 O R D I N A N C E NO. 377 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 88 (Fountain Creek) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 88 (Fountain Creek). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 88 (Fountain Creek) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 Ord. No. 377 FOUNTAIN CREEK SUBDISTRICT Beginning at a point at the center line of Drainage District No. 2A Right-of-Way, (Fountain Creek), 100 feet wide, said point being distant southwardly 178 feet from the center line of Lindbergh Boulevard, 60 feet wide, as measured along the center line of said Drainage District No. 2A Right-of-Way; thence eastwardly to a point in the northwest line of St. Charles Street, 42.75 feet wide, distant northeastwardly 168 feet from the center line of St. Antoine Street, 42.75 feet wide; thence southeastwardly at right angles to said St. Charles Street, 42.75 feet wide to a point in the southeast line of said St. Charles Street;
