AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in the
City of Glendale, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
this District has no use or need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
All that portion of an easement ten (10) feet wide over
the east ten (10) feet of Lot 9, Warwick Addition No. 2, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 93 Page 30 of the St. Louis County
Records, excepting therefrom the south ten (10) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was passed on March 18, 1960.
