AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 102 (Cadillac
and January) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at
the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known
as Subdistrict No. 102 (Cadillac and January).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 102
(Cadillac and January) shall be as follows:

Beginning at a point on the centerline of Airport Road,
60 feet wide, distant 36 feet westerly of the centerline of
