AN ORDINANCE vacating an easement in St. Louis County,
Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement, and this District
has been granted satisfactory substitute easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
by the Marcus Oil Co. on August 14, 1959, as recorded
in Book 4150, page 289 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 27, 1960. (Bach's Estate-Marcus Oil)
