AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate such portion of easement, and the District
has no need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of a sewer easement five (5) feet wide lying
in Lot "A", City Block 6446 of the City of St. Louis,
Mo., and was formerly a part of Lot 167 of Granbury
Place, a subdivision of the City of St. Louis, Mo.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on April 27, 1960
