AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation in the sum of Nine
Hundred Sixty-five Dollars ($965.00) out of the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund of the District to the Executive
Director's Office, Capital Outlay (Account No. 1-1031-300) for
part of the purchase price of one automobile.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There is hereby appropriated and set apart
out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the
District the sum of Nine Hundred Sixty-five Dollars ($965.00) to
the Executive Director's Office, Capital Outlay (Account No. 1-
1031-300) for part of the purchase price of one automobile.
Section Two. This, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
