AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in the
City of Webster Groves, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
this District has no use or need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The north one (1) foot of the easement twenty (20) feet wide and
lying in Lot 3 of John D. Finney's Subdivision, which
easement was granted by instrument recorded in Book
1347 Page 181 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on June 2, 1960.
