AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
this District has no use or need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of easement ten (10) feet wide over the east
five (5) feet of Lot 17 and the west five (5) feet of
Lot 18 of Alice Terrace, a subdivision of the City of
St. Louis in City Block 6409, excepting therefrom the
south five (5) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was passed on June 2, 1960.
