AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 105 (LINDBERGH-
GEYER TRUNK) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 105 (LINDBERGH-GEYER TRUNK).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 105
(LINDBERGH-GEYER TRUNK) shall be as follows:

LINDBERGH - GEYER TRUNK
Beginning at the point of intersection of the
centerlines of Robyn Road (60 feet wide) and Lindbergh Boulevard
(100 feet wide); thence southwardly and westwardly along the
centerline of said Robyn Road (60 feet wide) to its intersection
with the prolongation southeastwardly of the northeast line of a
lot transferred by deed recorded on Page 409 Book 3286 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence northwestwardly along said prolon-
gation and said northeast line to its intersection with the
southeast line
of Lot 59 of Sunset Terrace Subdivision, as recorded on Page 46
and Page 47 of the Plat Book 16 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence southwestwardly along said southeast line of said Lot 59 to
the southernmost corner of said Lot 59; thence northwestwardly
along the southwest line of said Lot 59 to the southeast line of
Lincoln Drive (60 feet wide); thence northeastwardly across
Lincoln Drive (60 feet wide) to the southeast corner of a lot
transferred by deed recorded on Page 497 in Book 2162 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence northwestwardly along the easternmost
line of said Lot and said line produced to its intersection with
the centerline of Roosevelt Drive (60 feet wide); thence
eastwardly along the centerline of said Roosevelt Drive (60 feet
wide) to its intersection with the centerline of Matthews Lane (50

feet wide); thence northwestwardly along said centerline of
Matthews Lane (50 feet wide) to its intersection with the
prolongation southwardly of the west line of Lot 5 of Ronnie's
Country Club Acres, as recorded on Page 1 of Plat Book 57 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along said
prolongation and along said west line of Lot 5 to the northwest
corner of said Lot 5; thence eastwardly along the northern line of
Lot 5 and its eastern prolongation to its intersection with the
centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard (100 feet wide); thence
northwestwardly along said centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard (100
feet wide), a distance of thirty and sixty-nine
hundredths feet (30.69') to a point; thence along a straight line
northeastwardly to the centerline of Geyer Road (50 feet wide) at
its intersection with the prolongation westwardly of the south
line of property now or formerly owned by Norman W. Myers, as
recorded on Page 368 in Book 3447 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence northwardly along said centerline of Geyer Road (50 feet
wide) to its intersection with the westwardly prolongation of the
north property line of said Norman W. Myers; thence eastwardly
along said prolongation as it crosses the property now or formerly
owned by Claude S. Synder, as recorded on Page 328 in Book 3175
of the St. Louis County Records, and along the northernmost line
of said Myers property to the northeast corner on the north
property line of said Norman W. Myers; thence southwardly and
eastwardly along the east property line to the northeast corner on

the easternmost line of said Norman W. Myers property; thence
southwardly along the easternmost line of said Norman W. Myers
property to its intersection with the westwardly prolongation of a
line between Lots 48 and 49 of the Kimberleigh Estates Plat No. 2,
as recorded on Page 12 in Plat Book 86 of the St. Louis County
Records, said prolongation crossing the property now or formerly
of David Realty and Development Company, as recorded on Page 600
in Book 4067 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly
along said prolongation to the northwest corner of Lot 48 of the
Kimberleigh Estates Plat No. 2; thence southwardly along the west
line of said Lot 48, being also the west line of the Kimberleigh
Estates Plat No. 2, to the southwest corner of said Kimberleigh
Estates Plat No. 2; thence eastwardly along the southern line of
said Kimberleigh Estates Plat No. 2 to its intersection with the
northeast line of part of Lot 4 of the Eddie Estates Partition, as
recorded on Page 22 in Plat Book 5 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence southeastwardly along the northeast line of part
of Lot 4 of the Eddie Estates Partition and along the southeastern
prolongation of said northeast line to its intersection with the
centerline of Eddie and Park Road (40 feet wide); thence
southeastwardly and eastwardly along said centerline of Eddie and
Park Road (40 feet wide) to its intersection with the prolongation
northwardly of the east line of Lot 5 of the Eddie Estates Parti-
tion, as recorded on Page 22 in Plat Book 5 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence southwardly along said prolongation and

said east line of Lot 5 of the Eddie Estates partition to the
northeast corner of Fox Meadows Subdivision, as recorded in Plat
Book 33 on page 25 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
southwardly along the east line of said Fox Meadows Subdivision
and along the southern prolongation of said east line to its
intersection with the centerline of Denny Road (60 feet wide);
thence westwardly along said centerline of Denny Road (60 feet
wide) to its intersection with the centerline of Lindbergh
Boulevard (100 feet wide); thence northwestwardly along the
centerline of said Lindbergh Boulevard (100 feet wide), to the
point of beginning;
