AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 106 (LINDBERGH-
SUNSET LATERAL) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 106 (LINDBERGH-SUNSET LATERAL).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 106
(LINDBERGH-SUNSET LATERAL) shall be as follows:

Beginning at the point of intersection of the
centerlines of Robyn Road (60 feet wide) and Lindbergh Boulevard
(100 feet wide); thence southwardly and westwardly along the
centerline of said Robyn Road (60 feet wide) to its intersection
with the prolongation southeastwardly of the northeast line of a
lot transferred by deed recorded on Page 409 Book 3286 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence northwestwardly along said
prolongation and said northeast line to its intersection with the
southeast line
of Lot 59 of Sunset Terrace Subdivision, as recorded on Page 46
and Page 47 of the Plat Book 16 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence southwestwardly along said southeast line of said Lot 59 to
the southernmost corner of said Lot 59; thence northwestwardly
along the southwest line of said Lot 59 to the southeast line of
Lincoln Drive (60 feet wide); thence northeastwardly across
Lincoln Drive (60 feet wide) to the southeast corner of a lot
transferred by deed recorded on Page 497 in Book 2162 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence northwestwardly along the easternmost
line of said Lot and said line produced to its intersection with
the centerline of Roosevelt Drive (60 feet wide); thence
eastwardly along the centerline of said Roosevelt Drive (60 feet
wide} to its intersection with the centerline of Matthews Lane (50

feet wide); thence northwestwardly along said centerline of
Matthews Lane (50 feet wide) to its intersection with the
prolongation southwardly of the west line of Lot 5 of Ronnie's
Country Club Acres, as recorded on Page 1 of Plat Book 57 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along said
prolongation and along said west line of Lot 5 to the northwest
corner of said Lot 5; thence eastwardly along the northern line of
Lot 5 and its eastern prolongation to its intersection with the
centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard (100 feet wide); thence
northwestwardly along said centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard (100
feet wide), a distance of thirty and sixty-nine hundredths feet
(30.69') to a point; thence along a straight line northeastwardly
to the centerline of Geyer Road (50 feet wide) at its intersection
with the prolongation westwardly of the south line of property now
or formerly owned by Norman W. Myers, as recorded on page 368 in
Book 3447 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southeastwardly
and southwardly along the centerline of Geyer Road (50 feet wide)
to its intersection with the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard
(100 feet wide); thence southeastwardly along the centerline of
Lindbergh Boulevard (100 feet wide); to the point of beginning;
