O R D I N A N C E NO. 423 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 108 (Lindbergh- Union Trunk) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 108 (Lindbergh-Union Trunk). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 108 (Lindbergh-Union Trunk) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 Ord. No. 423 LINDBERGH - UNION TRUNK Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Lemay Ferry Road with a line parallel with and 200 feet southwest of the southerly line of Lindbergh Boulevard; thence northwestwardly along said parallel line to the centerline of Union Road; thence northeastwardly along said centerline of Union Road to its intersection with the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard; thence northwestwardly along said centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard to its intersection with the centerline of East Concord Road; thence westwardly along said centerline of East Concord Road to the centerline of Von Talge Road; thence westwardly along said centerline of East Concord Road a distance of 740.85 feet to a point; thence North 0o 15' east along a lot line a distance of 1182.77 feet to a point, said point being on the eastern prolongation of the south line of Concord Square Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 77 on Page 50 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along said prolongation and along the south line of said Concord Square Subdivision to the northeast corner of property now or formerly owned by Albert Ruehmann and wife, as recorded in Deed Book 1936 on Page 310 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the east line of said Ruehmann property for a distance of 810 feet to a point; thence 3 westwardly along a line perpendicular to said east line a distance of approximately 290 feet to its intersection with the west line of said Ruehmann property; thence northwardly along said west line of Ruehmann property to the southeast corner of Lot 7 of Dorclin Acres Plat 3 Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 62 on Page 12 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along the south line of said Lot 7 to the northern prolongation of the east line of Lot 6 of said Dorclin Acres Plat 3 Subdivision; thence southwardly along said prolongation and along the east line of Lots 6 and 5 of said subdivision to the southernmost corner of said Lot 5; thence northwestwardly along the southerly line of said Lot 5 to the east line of Dorclin Lane (50 feet wide); thence northwardly along the east line of said Dorclin Lane to the westernmost corner of Lot 7 of said Dorclin Acres Plat 3; thence northeastwardly along the northwest line of said Lot 7 to the northernmost corner of said Lot 7; thence northeastwardly in a straight line to the westernmost corner of Lot 41 of said Concord Square Subdivision; thence northwardly along the west line of said Concord Square Subdivision and along the northern prolongation of said west line to the southeast corner of Gaebler Subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 42 on Page 16 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwestwardly along the southerly line of Lots 1, 2 and 3 of said Gaebler Subdivision to the southwest corner of said 4 Lot 3; thence northwardly along the westerly line of said Lot 3 and its direct prolongation northwardly to the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard; thence southeastwardly along said centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard to its intersection with the centerline of Mueller Road; thence northeastwardly along the centerline of Mueller Road to its intersection with the direct prolongation northwestwardly of the northeasterly line of the property conveyed to Nell Flood by deed recorded in Deed Book 3079 on Page 583 of the St Louis County Records; thence southeastwardly along the last mentioned line and its direct prolongation southeastwardly to a point on the southeasterly line of the property conveyed to Fred C. and Marie E. Vogue by deed recorded in Deed Book 2602 on Page 529 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly along the southeasterly line of said Vogue property to the northwest corner of Lot 17 of James S. Thomas Subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 1 on Page 46 of the St. Louis City (formerly County) Records; thence southeastwardly along the northeasterly line of said Lot 17 to its intersection with the southeasterly line of the property conveyed to Walter L. and Edna K. Litzsinger by deed recorded in Deed Book 729 on Page 603 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly along the southeasterly line of said Litzsinger property to its intersection with the line dividing Lots 18 and 19 said James S. Thomas Subdivision; thence southeastwardly along the line dividing 5 Lots 18 and 19 of James S. Thomas Subdivision and its direct prolongation southeastwardly to the northwesterly line of Ronnie Hills Plat No. 3 according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 89 on Page 45 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly, along the northwesterly line of said Ronnie Hills Plat No. 3 and its direct prolongation northeastwardly to a point 250 feet northeast of the northwest corner of Lot 55 of said Ronnie Hills Plat No. 3; thence southeastwardly along a line parallel with and 200 feet northeast of the northeasterly line of Herpel Lane as shown on the Plat of Ronnie Hills Plat No. 3 to a point on the northwesterly line of Lot 40 of said Ronnie Hills Plat No. 3; thence northeastwardly along the northwesterly line of Lots 40, 39, 38, 37, 36, 35, and 34 of said Ronnie Hills Plat No. 3 to the northernmost corner of said Lot 34; thence southeastwardly along the northeasterly line of Lots 34 and 33 of said Ronnie Hills Plat No. 3 and their direct prolongation southeastwardly to the northwesterly line of Lot 44 of said James S. Thomas Subdivision; thence northeastwardly along the northwesterly line of Lots 44, 43, 42 and 41 of said James S.
