HomeMy Public PortalAbout00430AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 857 O R D I N A N C E NO. 430 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 110 (Pattonville) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 110 (Pattonville). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 110 (Pattonville) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 Ord. No. 430 PATTONVILLE Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the southeast line of St. Ann Hills Plat No. 4 Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 62 on Pages 16 and 17 of the St. Louis County Records, with the north line of U. S. Survey 890; thence westwardly along the south line of said subdivision and continuing across Adie Road and along the south line of St. Ann Hills Plat No. 6 Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 72 on Page 3 of the St. Louis County Records, to the southeast corner of Lot 26 of said subdivision; thence north-westwardly, westwardly and southwestwardly along the northeast, north and northwest lines of said Lot 26 to the southwest corner of said Lot 26; thence westwardly along the south line of said St. Ann Hills Plat No. 6 Subdivision to the southwest corner of said subdivision; thence northwardly along the west line of said subdivision to the northwest corner of Lot 15 of said St. Ann Hills Plat No. 6 Subdivision; thence westwardly along the westward prolongation of the north line of said Lot 15 to its intersection with the east line of We Avenue; thence northwardly along said east line of We Avenue and said line projected northwardly to its intersection with the north line of the lots fronting on the north side of Florence Avenue; thence westwardly along said north line of said lots to its intersection with the 3 west line of Berkeley Gardens Homesite Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 18 on Page 44 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwestwardly in a straight line to its intersection with the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard at a point six hundred feet (600') south of the centerline of Old St. Charles Rock Road, as measured along said centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard; thence northwardly along said centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard to its intersection with the centerline of Old St. Charles Rock Road; thence northwestwardly along said centerline of Old St. Charles Rock Road to its intersection with the southward prolongation of the west line of South Pattonville Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 17 on Page 100 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along said prolongation and along said west line continuing along the west line of Pattonville Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 17 on Page 78 of the St. Louis County Records, and said line projected to the centerline of Oak Avenue; thence eastwardly along said centerline of Oak Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of Raymond Avenue; thence northwardly along said centerline of Raymond Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of St. Charles Rock Road; thence eastwardly along the centerline of St. Charles Rock Road to its intersection with the property line extending northwardly from St. Charles Rock Road and approximately two hundred and thirty feet (230') west of the west line of Fee Fee Road; thence northwardly along said property line at a distance of about two hundred and 4 thirty feet (230') to a property line parallel to St. Charles Rock Road; thence eastwardly along said property line to the intersection with a line two hundred feet (200') west of and parallel to the centerline of Fee Fee Road; thence northwardly along said parallel line to the south line of Lot 4 of the Subdivision of Long Farm, as recorded in Plat Book 1 on Page 12 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southeastwardly in a straight line to its intersection with the northeastward prolongation of the centerline of Ravenna at a point four hundred feet (400') northeast of the centerline of Elrath Avenue; thence northeastwardly in a straight line to the point of intersection of the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard with the eastward projection to the south line of said Lot 4 of said Subdivision of Long Farm; thence eastwardly in a straight line to the northwest corner of Rolling Green Acres Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 55 on Page 34 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the north line of said subdivision to a point in the west line of Cypress Gardens No.3 Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 44 on Page 92 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the west line of said subdivision to the southwest corner of said subdivision; thence eastwardly along the south line of said Cypress Gardens No. 3 Subdivision and its prolongation to the centerline of Cypress Road; thence southwardly along the centerline of Cypress Road to its intersection with the northeastward prolongation of the 5 southeast line of Crystal Avenue; thence southwestwardly along said prolongation and along said southeast line to the centerline of St. Charles Rock Road; thence southeastwardly along the centerline of St. Charles Rock Road to its intersection with the northeast prolongation of the southeast line of Rock Road Terrace Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 16 on Page 29 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwestwardly along said prolongation and along said southeast line and along the southeast line of said St. Ann Hills Plat No.4 Subdivision to the point of beginning; 6 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on July 28, 1960.
