AN ORDINANCE vacating an easement in the Village of
Frontenac and the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement, and has granted
this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
by Burt Wenneker and Elaine Wenneker, his wife, on
August 14, 1958, as recorded in Book 3962, page 626 of
the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was passed on July 28, 1960.
