AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of Six Thousand
Dollars ($6,000.00) out of the unexpended and unencumbered balance
in the Improvement Fund to Account No. 2-3441 therein for the
purpose of constructing combined sewers in City Blocks 5048 and
5049 of the City of St. Louis.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Thousand Dollars
($6,000.00) is hereby appropriated and set apart out of the
unexpended and unencumbered balance in the Improvement Fund to
Account No. 2-3441 therein for the purpose of constructing the
combined sewers in City Blocks 5048 and 5049 of the City of St.
Louis heretofore declared necessary by Resolution No. 328.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was passed on July 28, 1960.
