AN ORDINANCE vacating easements in St. Louis County,
Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easements,and this District
has no further use for such easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described easements are
hereby vacated, to wit: Those easements over the eastern five (5) feet of Lots 14, 15 and 16, over the southeastern five (5) feet of said Lot 16, over the northwestern five (5) feet of Lots 17 through 21, over the western five(5) feet of Lot 23, and over the southwestern 68.38 feet of the southeastern five (5) feet of said Lot 23, all of Block 9 of Marlborough Manor, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 28 pages 44 and 45 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was passed on August 5, 1960.
