AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement
in St. Louis County, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
this District has no use or need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT;
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The easement five (5) feet wide over the south west five (5) feet
of Lot 59 of Sunset View Plat No. 2, a subdivision of St. Louis
County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 60 page 22 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting
therefrom the northwest ten (10) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was passed on August 5, 1960.
