AN ORDINANCE vacating an easement in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement, and this District
has no use or need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District by The Lorene Realty & Investment Co. in City Block
2617, on October 28, 1959, as recorded in Book 8027, page 186 of
the City of St. Louis Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on Sept. 1, 1960
