AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of easements in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portions of easements, and
this District has no further use for such portions of easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of
easements are hereby vacated, to wit: Those portions of easements in the Resubdivision of Part of Lister Heights, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 93 page 34 of the St. Louis County Records, which portions of easements are further described as follows: That portion of easement over the northwestern 15.87 feet of the southeastern 25.87 feet of Lot M of such Resubdivision, excepting therefrom the southwestern 10 feet thereof. That portion of easement over the northwestern 4 feet of the southeastern 18 feet of Lot T of such Resubdivision, excepting therefrom the southwestern 10 feet thereof. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 27, 1960.
