Home My Public Portal About00467 O R D I N A N C E NO. 467 AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 348 as adopted November 27, 1959, which regulated employer and employee relations between The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and all employees in the classified service by providing a classification and compensation plan, and enacting a new ordinance on the same subject in lieu thereof, to take effect November 28, 1960. WHEREAS, the Civil Service Commission has proposed a revision of the classification and compensation plan provided by Ordinance No. 348 and preserved by the Civil Service Rules and Regulations adopted by Ordinance No. 395, and WHEREAS, the Civil Service Commission has held a public hearing on such proposed classification and compensation plan on the 3rd day of November, 1960, at the Board of Trustees Room of the District, at which hearing all persons interested in such plan were afforded an opportunity to be heard, and WHEREAS, the Civil Service Commission has recommended adoption of such proposed plan, Ord. No. 467 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Ordinance No. 348 as adopted November 27, 1959 is hereby repealed. Section Two. Positions in the classified service of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District are hereby allocated, in keeping with the classification plan provided in the Civil Service Rules and Regulations of the District, and the compensation of all classified employees shall be within the limits hereby prescribed, as follows: -2- Ord.No. 467 METROPOLITAN ST.
