AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of easements in St.
Louis County, Missouri:
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portions of easements, and
has granted this District satisfactory substitute easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
1. The 10 foot wide easement in property now or
formerly of Ella Lombardi, which easement was granted by
instrument recorded in Book 1562 page 392 of the St. Louis County
Records, excepting therefrom the northern 32 feet thereof measured
along the western line of such portion
2. The 10 foot wide easement in property now or
formerly of Herman Brooks, which easement was granted by
instrument recorded in Book 1562 page 392 of the St. Louis County
Records, excepting therefrom a portion approximately 20 feet long
lying between the western and eastern boundaries of easement
granted by instrument recorded in Book 4246 page 218 of the St.
Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 23, 1960.
